UOA Credentials

Thumb print picture

Your UOA credentials are essential. They prove you are you, and allow you to access EC Services. You should protect them at all times.

Your UOA credentials have two parts:

UOA Password

Your UOA password is like all passwords: it should be easy to remember but hard to guess.

Protect your password

Always protect your password, and keep it safe and private. Never disclose your password to anyone. Do not write it down.
Your password is used to authenticate and authorise you for use of services. It is your responsibility.

At no time will any University representative ask you for your password.

Getting your password

If you have never used this service before, your initial UOA password will be randomly generated, and may be printed at NetAccount Print Station.

Changing your password

You can change your UOA password online.

Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your University Of Auckland password you can get it reset.
